Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase (delivery), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Should you change your mind about your purchase, you have 12 hours after purchase time, to cancel your order. After 12 hours, orders are processed immediately in real time to our warehouse for shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If your order has been shipped, and you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait for your order to arrive to your specified shipping address and send it back to us for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A tracking number must be provided for returns. Please note that return shipping rates are beyond our control. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer (the address displayed on your package). You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us first and follow the instructions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items within 15 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales.infinityshop01@gmail.com
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
